• Human wellbeing. Designed for work.

We view employee wellbeing as an interconnected system—extending beyond physical and mental health to include social connection, the environments people work in, purpose and fulfillment, learning and development, and financial wellbeing.

This perspective is grounded in a biopsychosocial approach, recognizing that health is shaped by the interaction between physical, psychological, and social factors. Each dimension plays a role, and it is in how these factors interact that wellbeing is either strengthened or undermined.

    Wellbeing is not one-size-fits-all.

We also recognize that people are not a uniform group. Needs, capacity, and priorities shift across life stages, roles, and personal circumstances—from early career to leadership, from caregiving and parenthood to periods of growth, stress, recovery, and transition.

These realities directly influence how people experience work, energy, engagement, and performance.

When time and energy are limited, relevance matters. Initiatives that do not reflect real needs risk adding pressure rather than reducing it.

That’s why HumanKind takes a context-driven approach—using public health research, behavior science, employee insight, and organizational realities to design relevant, evidence-informed initiatives that support both individual health and organizational performance.

This perspective is reflected in the HumanKind Wellbeing Framework—a holistic structure that highlights the interconnected factors shaping how people experience work, health, and everyday life.

  • We design and deliver tailored, evidence-informed programs and experiences that integrate wellbeing into everyday work.

Rather than standalone initiatives, our work focuses on creating relevance, connection, and sustainable ways of working—aligned with each organization’s people, culture, and context.

We simplify a complex and fragmented wellbeing landscape by bringing together the right expertise, partners—including local gyms, wellbeing providers, charities, and selected sponsors—and research-based tools into cohesive, high-impact solutions.
