HumanKind Consulting is founded and led by Roxana Bovia-Thomaeus, who holds a Master’s degree in Public Health Science and brings over 15 years of international experience across project and event management, stakeholder engagement, strategy development, corporate communications, and executive support.
Her background spans corporate, non-profit, and entrepreneurial environments, providing a grounded understanding of how organizations function in practice — and where wellbeing efforts most often succeed or fall short.
Roxana’s academic work focuses on stress, prolonged strain, and wellbeing in organizational and interpersonal contexts. She also holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology, including cross-cultural and organizational perspectives, and is a certified 200-hour yoga teacher — complementing her academic background with practical expertise in stress regulation and recovery.
Her work brings together evidence-based insight and real-world application, with a focus on creating thoughtful, human-centered approaches to healthier, more sustainable ways of working.
