Do Good, Feel Good was a three-week employee engagement pilot designed to explore how wellbeing, connection, and purpose can be meaningfully integrated into everyday work.

Rather than introducing a single initiative, the program created a clear framework that combined structure with flexibility—bringing together a range of activities across physical health, mental wellbeing, learning, and social impact. At the same time, employees were encouraged to contribute their own ideas, shaping the experience in ways that felt relevant and engaging.

A key element was continuous communication and activation. Through regular touchpoints, visible progress, and ongoing storytelling, the program maintained momentum and made participation both visible and accessible.

This was reinforced through gamification. Team-based challenges and shared goals created a dynamic, social experience that lowered the barrier to participation and encouraged engagement across teams.

The program also integrated local partners and sponsors, including gyms and wellbeing providers, who contributed sessions and expertise. In parallel, collaborations with local charities enabled fundraising, donation, and volunteer initiatives—adding a strong sense of purpose and community impact.

What drove the results was not scale or budget, but relevance, variety, and shared ownership—creating multiple entry points for participation and making wellbeing part of the everyday employee experience.

Do Good, Feel Good became more than a pilot. It demonstrated how engagement can be built when wellbeing reflects real needs—and when people are given the space to shape what happens.
