Roxy brings over 20 years of international experience across project and event management, employee engagement, leadership and business development programs, and executive support. Her work spans corporate, impact, and entrepreneurial environments—giving her a practical understanding of how organizations operate and where wellbeing efforts most often succeed or fall short.

She holds a Master’s degree in Public Health Science, with a focus on stress, prolonged strain, and wellbeing in organizational and interpersonal contexts. She also holds a degree in Psychology, including cross-cultural and organizational perspectives, and is a certified 200-hour yoga teacher—bringing applied expertise in stress regulation, recovery, and sustainable performance.

A defining example of her approach is the Do Good, Feel Good employee engagement program. The three-week pilot brought together 25+ initiatives across mental and physical health, learning, and development—combined with team-based challenges and social impact activities. The program reached over 90% employee engagement, driven not by scale or budget, but by relevance, variety, and shared purpose. It became the foundation for HumanKind—shaping a focus on designing practical, inclusive, and evidence-informed programs and experiences that strengthen engagement, resilience, and sustainable ways of working, while supporting team cohesion and organizational culture.

Grounded in public health research and informed by a biopsychosocial perspective, her work takes an integrated approach to wellbeing—recognizing that health is dynamic, interconnected, and shaped by the realities people navigate in everyday life.
